I began sewing at an early age. I first started making some of my own clothes, and then sewing for my two daughters. I have always enjoyed various sewing projects such as creating apparel, counted cross-stitch, hardanger needlepoint, then onto piecing quilt tops and hand quilting. I attend quilting shows and seminars which teach quilting techniques and design on a regular basis, Sharon.

My husband Al, has worked as a engineer for the last 30 years and has always enjoyed tinkering with machines; he started working with the Featherweights. Then started buying, repairing and re-selling the machines. And he just started helping customer restore their 221's, like in the pic! |
